Our Magnificent Stay at Park Hyatt, Siem Reap

The Park Hyatt Siem Reap is comprised of one hundred and four modern rooms, and thirteen of them are luxurious suites that each have a touch of elegance and class. Each suite has their own private garden and many of them have their own private plunge pool as well. Each one of the fabulous guest rooms are spacious and they all have the most modern amenities to ensure that each guest has the comforts of home.

Park Hyatt also has a fabulous fitness center, swimming pool, on-site restaurant, and a world-class spa. The restaurant offers many different types of dishes, but they specialize in French au Provencal and Cambodian cuisine.

Our Room at Park Hyatt

We stayed in the Park King Suite during our stay at the Park Hyatt, and our room lived up to its name. At seven hundred and sixty-four square feet, it had a luxurious living room as well as a massive bedroom complete with a huge walk-in closet. Our king-sized bed was beyond comfortable and the entire space was decorated with contemporary Khmer items.

What We Considered Our WOW Moments

We loved how a driver was available at the airport to whisk us away to the hotel, so we did not need to wait to begin our time away from home.
The food at the restaurant was amazing, and while we enjoyed every meal that we ate there, we were especially appreciative with the buffet breakfasts that were served in the dining room each morning.

Tuktuk drivers are always waiting outside the hotel, which made it really easy for us to travel to any of our desired destinations throughout our stay.
Our room was perfect, from the style to the size to the fact that we never heard any noise from the outside. Of course, since there are not many rooms inside this hotel, we weren’t surprised that it was quiet most of the time anywhere that we went.

We were so close to many restaurants and the night markets, which made it easy to even walk to certain places whenever we wanted to. We learned that we saw much more of the sights when we walked, because we could truly appreciate the beauty of the places where we stopped in between destinations.

The staff was very attentive and while they were there when we needed them, they seemed to blend into the background whenever we wanted some time alone.
